We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our game, Phasmophobia, across various platforms. You will work closely with our development team, using your keen eye for detail to identify and report bugs, suggest improvements, and help us deliver a polished and enjoyable gaming experience to our players.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of Phasmophobia across multiple platforms including VR, PC, Xbox and PlayStation/PSVR2 to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
Collaborate with the team to understand new features and content, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Use Jira, Confluence and Slack to manage and track bug reports, test cases, and documentation.
Provide detailed and clear bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
Verify bug fixes and ensure they do not introduce new issues.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Familiarity with QA Testing and Processes
Tolerance for VR testing
Understanding of the game development process, particularly for post-launch content creation.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for horror games.
Knowledge and experience playing Phasmophobia

Item desWe are currently looking for a Video Games Counsel to support our studio with all areas of legal across the business of video games. This role reports to the Head of Operations and works to support all disciplines across the studio relating to legal matters in the UK and globally to include matters of intellectual property, contracts and partnerships, publishing, agreements and compliance. This role is ideal for a strong communicator able to work with a variety of diverse personalities and disciplines with an interest in varied and dynamic responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and practical advice to the business on matters of litigation, commercial, data protection and privacy, employment, regulatory, IP, and other video games related matters.
Coordinate business legal transactions including liaising with external solicitors on partnerships, agreements and compliance, supporting the Head of Operations, the CEO and heads of departments on all relevant matters.
Review, draft and participate as required in the negotiation of video game specific and other commercial contracts.
Liaise with external bodies and internal stakeholders on new regulatory developments relevant to the video games industry, and provide support on changing regulations and requirements.
Provide pro-active updates on areas of risk and opportunity within the legal
Support Human Resources with employment matters including day-to-day queries, contracts, policies and litigation.
Create, communicate and execute policies, procedures and practices for legal within the company and support compliance.
Produce periodic updates and reports for leadership.
Requirements:
2+ years PQE within Video Games or an adjacent industry
A strong communicator with a focus on being able to provide communication in a clear and concise manner written and verbally.
Strong team player able to build strong relationships and collaborate across a variety of stakeholder teams.
Comfortable drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements including licensing, merchandise, partnerships and publishing agreements.
Experience of reviewing game content to provide clearance for copyright, trademark, publicity or other associated issues.
Confident remote worker with a stable environment to work from.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Artist to join our team. As a Technial Artist, you will act as a bridge between our art and programming teams, helping to ensure that our visuals are not only stunning but also performant and technically optimized. You will play a key role in developing new tools, solving pipeline challenges, and ensuring that our game runs smoothly across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help push the visual quality of Phasmophobia while maintaining efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and programmers to create and maintain efficient, scalable art pipelines.
Optimize art assets and scenes to ensure the best performance on PC, VR, PSVR2, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Develop tools to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks within Unity.
Investigate, identify, and solve visual and technical issues during development.
Support the art team with shader creation, material setup, lighting, and VFX integration.
Ensure that assets meet both artistic and technical standards and work seamlessly within Unity.
Stay up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in real-time graphics and optimization.
Participate in regular team meetings, providing technical insights and support to improve the game's visual quality and performance.
Requirements:
Professional experience as a Senior Tech Artist or similar role, on a shipped Unity title.
Strong experience with Unity, including working with prefabs, lighting, shaders, materials, and asset optimization.
Solid understanding of performance profiling and optimization for multi-platform games.
Excellent programming skills in C#.
Familiarity with 3D asset creation workflows (knowledge of tools like Blender, Maya, Substance or similar).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to nontechnical team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for horror games.
