    About the Role:

    We are seeking a driven and organized Game Producer to join our team and play a crucial role in the ongoing development and future success of Phasmophobia. As a producer, you will oversee all aspects of post-launch content creation, ensuring a smooth transition to new platforms, fostering a thriving community, and keeping the game fresh with exciting updates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the development team to define the scope, timelines, and budgets for new content and platform ports (PS5, Xbox Series S/X).

    • Work with the department leads to maintain the unique horror experience of Phasmophobia while introducing new gameplay elements and features.

    • Manage resources effectively, prioritizing tasks and identifying any potential risks associated with new content and platform launches.

    • Facilitate clear and efficient communication across all departments through meetings, documentation, and utilization of communication tools (Slack, Confluence).

    • Work with our quality assurance team on our Discord and address any identified issues within an appropriate timeframe.

    • Work with external partners to ensure smooth launch processes for new content and platform releases (PS5, Xbox Series S/X).

    • Analyse player feedback and community trends to identify opportunities for improvement and future content direction.

    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in live operations and community management for online games.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Game Producer or similar role on shipped titles

    • Proven experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for ongoing content creation.
